Sample: 20 µL of 0.2 mg/mL Human IgG, Column: Protein G Sepharose 4B. Two elutions. Eluant: 20 µL of 0.1 M HCl in PBS, pH = 1.3 Path length: 1.2 mm (on-column), 10 mm (post-column) Flow rate = 1 µL /s. Note that the IgG has been completely eluted by the first zone of eluant from the column.
